"I recently had an AC problem with an upstairs HVAC unit that was not cooling properly. I scheduled an appointment with Timo's. The technician (Earl) arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue. The problem part was replaced and the AC was back working immediately. In addition to insuring the unit was working properly, he provided tips to maintain the system (clean coils periodically, replace filters regularly, etc). "The whole process was very smooth. They came out and spent a couple of hours assessing the problems...turns out we had several. The water heater burner had failed and was under warranty. But they also discovered our pressure regulator had failed, our gate valve was frozen, and we had a pipe leaking in the wall! They found the necessary part for the warranty repair and drove 50 miles each way to get it rather than make us wait 1-2 days for for the part to be shipped. They stayed until all the problems were resolved which was greatly appreciated! (My wife and three daughters were not relishing cold showers!)"
