Shoddy electrical work, poor tile and drywall craftsmanship, awful grout work. They were "willing" to fix the issues and responded immediately to our concerns. Unfortunately the office can't fix what the installers/contractors mess up. A one week project turned into 3. A real shame as we were sold on quality and went them for that reason. "

The contract was not done properly, the materials were not very good and unfortunately the person they sent was not very good. It took eleven days to complete and the person was not even sure what the job entailed.
