"After a couple of times not being able to reach the provider, the provider showed up on time, was very professional and went beyond the call of duty.  For example, he took pictures of areas on my roof and chimney that needed repairs and indicated suggested time frames for taking care of them.  He didn't have to do this, but while he was repairing the siding and had to go up on the roof he made these inspections and suggestions.  I was impressed with knowledgeableness and thoroughness.
