"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Excellent! Ali did a great job. The first job was to fix the blown out screens after Hurricane Matthew. I kept calling Ali to come back and do more jobs, and he did a great job each time. This is my elderly parents' home, and over the past 10 years or so, lots of jobs around the house have been ignored. So, since October, he has been to the house 6 or 7 times. His prices are excellent, too. I actually offered to pay him more on one job because I thought he was way underpriced! I highly recommend Ali for any/all handman jobs around the house. He cleaned up after each job, too. I will definitely be calling Ali again as my "honey do" list continues to grow! the cost of service is approx total of all jobs he did for us since October. The service dates were multiples from October 2016 to January 2017."
