"Cement skirting was falling apart, and we decided to replace with vinyl skirting. Asdrubal gave us a very competitive quote and 3 other contractors were much higher. After the work was started, he discovered that the framing was rusted and had to be replaced which raised the price a little bit, but not bad. I would give 4.5 stars because of some communication challenges, but he always clarified before proceeding and I am happy with the work that was done. "The Salesman Rene (Ron) was excellent and easy to come to an agreement with. Our insurance was lapsing due to the poor condition of our wood panel siding. We decided to take the huge financial burden and replace with vinyl thinking of the future. I was promised it would be done before the insurance lapsed which was 25 days from the contract signing. The insurance company THEN extended another 25 days. This goal was not met. I understood that the insurance company were dropping hundreds of customers at one time thus putting the burden on the contractors. This is just a review to let others know that 2 months minimum is the installation time regardless of what is promised. Dave Crane the owner is an excellent person and even contacted my insurance representative to try and clear things up. I will update with installation review in about 45 days."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Central Florida Stucco & Masonry & Repaired did a great job to removed/demo existing wood siding on the second floor of our home, then wrap the walls with house wrap and wire lathe, and applied 3 coats of stucco. I would recommend them and use them again."

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"Contractor (David Keefe) is a local roofer. David was very responsive. His price was within the estimates of other contractors. David Keefe Roofing had replaced the roof on other area homes, and they too, were happy with this contractor. I found that the quality of work exceeded my expectations. My wife was happy that they did a thorough job of cleaning up afterward. David's warranty on workmanship exceeds some of the other contractors."

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."
