"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"Extremely well. Very professional. Jason, the technician, quoted me a price, which did not change, even when he had to leave to get a part that was unexpected. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable, cleaned up after the job, made sure the appliance was working properly, and offered to assist if there were any issues with the dish washer or his workmanship. he was extremely conscience of his work and took a lot of pride in doing the job well. We will definitely be calling him back for other projects that require a pro."

"We had just purchased an older house that was being rented prior to us purchasing it, needless to say it was very dusty.  We purchased the service as a "deal" on Angie's List, so the price was good.  They were not the easiest to schedule, but their work was awesome and they were very professional while they worked.  My ducts were down right sparkly after the service.  I would recommend them to anyone (but would prepare them to be responsible for follow up) .  I wanted to use them again in a condo that I later moved to, but sadly they do not provide services to buildings."

"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."

"The showed up, service tech was chatty and could have been more productive if the chatter wasn't a distraction. Last minute he told me about some "rule" where they wind down, clean up and invoice for any additional materials needed within the 6 hour window. Who gets paid to write an invoice? He managed to replace 12 light switches and 8 outlets. My primary electrician (Big Frog Electric) installed several recessed lights a few weeks later and it took him 5 minutes to replace two outlets which says something about productivity. I purchased another package to try and finish the work but requested they not send the same employee again."

"They were alright.  I was expecting a filtration pull out and they just stuck a hose up and knocked everything loose and sucked it with a regular vacuum cleaner.  They were in and out not too long and they cleaned up after themselves.  They were okay.  There was nothing more that I could ask for that price.  They did not offer or asked for anything more than the Big Deal price."

"Sears' package of services allowed me to worry very little because they coordinated all the trades. Sears has a longstanding reputation for standing behind their products, something I had not found to be true with other contractors I had used in the past. Thecarpenter/job coordinator who did the refacing work was wonderful to work with, making minor modifiations as necessary to fit my needs.  I had not originally intended to purchase new appliances, but Sears offered me such a great discount that I added a new cooktop, double ovens (which required some cabinet modifications), and a dishwasher, which were installed by the carpenter.  He also coordinated the quartz countertop and flooring installations. All of the work Sears did was well done and professional. After the job was completed, I noticed that a door in the den that had to be cut off to accommodate the new flooring was a bit rough, and they sent the carpenter back to fix it within a week. I was somewhat concerned that I would not like the laminate used to reface the wood cabinets, but it has turned out to be very attractive, more durable than wood, and easy to clean.  No one can even find the seams in the quartz countertop or the Congoleum flooring, so I feel that their workmen are very experienced and skilled. I not only would recommend Sears to others, I would use them again for other work."

"One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."
