"Fantastic crew - respectful and timely. Solid work. Will certainly hire again."

"Job was performed to our satisfaction. Contractor was punctual and fair with pricing the initial project and changes along the course of the project."

"We recently had the pleasure of working with Memo and his team on a major home renovation, and we could not be happier with the results. They installed multiple outlets, hi hats and dimming switched throughout the house, completely renovated our bathroom and added a pocket door, painted, repaired and spackled the kitchen, living room, and the rest of the house, updated our staircase and replaced bedroom doors, and installed beautiful molding throughout. Memo was incredibly responsive, always getting back to us in a timely manner and offering helpful suggestions along the way. His professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work truly stood out. Everything was done with care and precision, and the transformation of our home has been amazing. We absolutely loved working with Memo and are already looking forward to having him back to finish the rest of the house. We would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable contractor."

"After interviewing multiple contractors for the major renovations needed in my home, I am so happy and pleased that I made the wisest decision and hired LI Developers. From day 1 Jakob was honest, professional and reliable. Our scope of work included gut renovation of the kitchen - redesigning the layout and expanding of same, replacing the water damaged floor in the living room and fixing the subfloor that was damaged, brand new siding outside, a new roof, renovations to the existing deck and fixing the foundation. From day one and every step of the way since then Jakob and his amazing crew have been reliable, professional and a pure pleasure to work with. The work was done seamlessly, meticulously and in a timely manner, Jakob also worked as a designer and has amazing taste and ideas in making everything look straight out of Architectural Digest! I truly feel like LI Developers treated me as if I was family throughout this whole process, and although nobody looks forward to a home renovation I would look forward to many more renovations knowing that LI Developers will be by my side."

"I had approximately 8 different quotes to redo a second floor bathroom. Homecraft Remodeling was basically right smack in the middle of all the other quotes and was honest about what it should cost etc. I went into the office with my wife, and we dealt with Norman, picked out tiles, flooring, toilet, bathtub and a few other things. My wife and I ordered the vanity, shower head, towel ring, toilet paper holder, lighting, and mirror because we didn't like what they had to offer. Norman deducted from the quote which we still broke even but at least we got what we wanted. The only issue we had was with scheduling but ill give them a pass due to Covid. Bathroom two about two weeks. Should have been a few days less but there were a couple of hiccups along the way. Overall the work was done very well. The workers were polite and explained everything as we moved along."

"Company was prompt in response very reasonable and effectuate with the repair the same day. Thanks much exclamation. Thanks, Eddie."

"Arthur gave us a fair and competitive estimate and was able to start work quickly thereafter. He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Arthur himself was at the home everyday and did the important work himself. He also went the extra mile in helping us with small projects around the major project as they came up. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule. He was extremely honest and I trusted him to be alone in my house for weeks on end with his team. I would/plan to work with Arthur again in the future for my home renovation projects."

"They did a good job. They were professional and they were able to get the work done. We were happy with the renovation of my bathroom. The workers damage my hallway floor, however, they were able to fixed it. I would recommend them to others."
