"Dave (service manager) is friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. I needed the smoke pipe replaced on my gas furnace, along with some routine maintenance, and he contacted me shortly after I posted the job. He gave me a free estimate the next day, which included itemized costs of all the labor and each of the parts needed. He and his colleague finished the job quickly and cleaned the area up when they were done. The cost was exactly what he quoted. I will be using them from now on for all my heating and cooling repairs and maintenance."

"Included in the price of the 50 gallon water heater I needed was the plumbers picking up the new water heater, transporting it to my home, navigating the steps down to the basement, and taking away the old water heater. All for the price on the receipt for the new water heater. What Mr. Simpson charges for is the installation of the new water heater and the peace of mind that comes with having a master plumber do a masterful job. Articulate, polite, and efficient, he made me aware of everything he was doing every step of the way. He is obviously a person who takes pride in his work. Mr. Simpson's work comes with a guarantee to amend any problem that arises. A guarantee I have not needed to avail myself of, but appreciate nonetheless. I am thoroughly satisfied with the job he did, and recommend him as an honest tradesman."
