"Decided to give MSD a call as I had another company over the house today to fix my AC and they were not able to repair it as they needed to order parts. Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

"Eric is very responsive when you call... Eric and his crew came on time and replaced our Central Air Conditioning System. We had one issue and they came back immediately and took care of it. Eric has great customer service and did a professional job. We would recommend him highly."

"I sent a message to the company in the late evening regarding my broken central AC and Jason was here Tuesday morning to look at it. He tried to repair it but was not able to due to the age of the unit and the damage. We needed a new unit and he was here to put it in first thing Wednesday morning. Took him two hours and our AC was working. He was nice and professional. We felt the price was reasonable. Would use him again and recommend his business."

"This Company is top notch! They quickly responded to my urgent message in regard to no heat in the house and had the service guy arrive to the door right after completing another job. They were very professional and did the repair in no time and price quoted over the phone was exactly what was charged for the service. We will definitely call this Company again for any boiler repairs. Thank you!"

"This gentleman came to the job at the end of his work day on his way home . He quoted a price to change a thermostat that was $300 less than price set by Angie. When one thermostat didn't cover the hole he went down to his truck and was able to complete the job. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Mr. Vista chill. I have a Building that has a store and two apts. from now on he will service all my heating needs . I feel so grateful to have found a serviceman who exemplifies what everyone is looking for but find they are few and far between."
