We have had a pool for over 20 years.  Years ago I used other pool companies and most of the time found their work to be unsatisfactory. Once I had Josh and Jason to work on my pool, I would NEVER use anyone else.  Have used only them for at least the last 10-12 years.  They are the most knowledgeable in the business. Found them to be completely honest, very courteous and always dependable.  Also had a fitness center with a pool and a spa.  They did all the work there also and we were also completely happy with their service.   I would highly recommend them !

"He is terrific and we love him. He is been cleaning and servicing our pool for 7+ years now. When we first moved into our house and I tried to do the pool myself. I found I was spending all of my time trying to clean the pool and I wasn’t getting to enjoy the pool. I got his information from the pool supply company. He is a one man show. He comes out once a week and stays about an hour. He opens and closes the pool for us in the winter and spring. He takes care of all the chemicals. He is always on top of things and the pool always look fabulous. We never have to worry about anything. He is dependable and he definitely cares about our pool! "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
