"Dear Coast to Coast Heating and Air Conditioning, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Scott and Anthony during the installation of our new unit today. Throughout the twelve-hour process, both gentlemen demonstrated remarkable professionalism and technical expertise. They took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, ensuring we were fully comfortable operating the new system before they departed. We were particularly impressed by their dedication to detail and their commitment to our home's safety and comfort. We also appreciate the clarity provided regarding our agreement, including the 10-year parts warranty and the three-year service maintenance plan. Knowing that Coast to Coast will provide ongoing support to ensure healthy air quality in our home gives us great peace of mind. Scott and Anthony are a credit to your company and deserve recognition for their hard work and kindness. Having lived in Evergreen Estates ."

"We bought a home that unfortunately had 2 units over 20 years old. We received a letter and coupon from Service Star for annual maintenance (addressed to previous owner). We had not been having any issues with our AC but thought maintenance was pretty important, especially with summer coming. Louis came out on Tuesday, April 28th and did a thorough inspection of our units. He was very friendly, engaging and we felt confident and convinced that he was quite knowledgeable in this field. Turns out there were big issues with our unit including the huge mold issue, coil issue, fire hazard issues, etc. (yikes!). Our units were working pretty hard and getting pretty hot and there was zero efficiency going on. Basically, the life of our units had come to an end. We opted to replace the units and he gave us a pretty good deal which included upgrading the digital thermostats (pretty awesome!). My husband is a vet so there was a nice discount I appreciated how he explained everything to us and outlined what replacing the units entailed. We were pleasantly surprised that they had the units available and could start the work that day! There was a two-person crew that came in around 3:30 and was completely done and cleaned up by 10:30 pm. No small project. They were professional, competent and worked diligently to completion. We were quite impressed and what a big difference in the quality of air! We can say enough good things about Service Star, we definitely recommend them for all HVAC needs. GREAT job Service Star. Triple-A rating!!"

"I originally called my regular service company to come out and look at my ac and they told me I had a bad compressor and should replace my 7 year old system. I called Prestige for a 2nd opinion, and they said my compressor was not the problem. They also told me that my system was still under the manufacturers warranty. They repaired my system for under $300. I will definitely be calling them if I have a problem in the future."

"JBC did a great job for me in a short time. My ac went out and they came .. gave me an estimate and was out the very next day installing my unit!! Very hard workers and very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this company!!?"

"After 12 long years I finally had to break down and replace my system. No pun intended. I was referred by a friend to check out Greggorys Service Experts. Greg was the one to actually come out and he showed me exactly what was wrong with my system and provided me with multiple options for repairs/replacement. In the end he provided me an awesome price with great financing options. I couldn't be happier with my new unit. Greg was very professional and got everything done and set up in a timely manner. I'm so greatful to my friend for the referral, because I feel like I have definitely found my permanent A/C company."

"Service was outstanding from start to finish. It has been a month since the install of my new York system with all new duct work. From the office staff to the techs everyone has been helpful with answering my questions. Nicole and Bradley kept me up to date on the process and worked with my schedule. Gilbert and Nick took their time and left my home clean. Tracy in the office has always been very helpful and went above and beyond to get Phil out to my home for an estimate. I'm so happy I made the choice to hire Corman and Sons. You won't be disappointed in choosing this company for your ac needs."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Called at 10:30am on a weekday requesting A/C service & within 4hrs. a technician named Hany arrived. Hany asked me to describe what happened with unit & listened attentively to my reply. He proceeded to check the unit & the first thing he noticed was the outdoor unit fan running backwards & compressor not running. Upon further checking of unit, he found the capacitor had failed. Hany replaced the capacitor & the unit started working properly. The unit in question is approximately 7yrs. old. I did not have a service contract, however, due to the quick response for service & Hany's professionalism in communicating & explaining in detail his findings & recommendations I signed up for a Gold Package service contract. I requested a Hard Start Kit, Dye in system for a possible freon leak which ABC will return to check within 5-7 days at no extra charge. One pound of freon was also added due to small leak. Based on this firsthand experience I recommend ABC for your air conditioning needs."
