I had over 1000 questions, and he responded to every text, email or phone call within a 1/2 hour throughout the entire process. When hired, everything went exactly according to plan without a hitch. Bill was personally onsite two different times to assure the work was being done to my satisfaction. Installers Trevor and Kevin were right on time both days. They walked me through everything and made sure i was OK with things BEFORE installing anything. They were very professional and comfortable to work with. Although the cost was comparable to the Big Conglomerates, the distinct difference is the concern, care and accessibility you receive when dealing with Universal, all backed with an excellent service warranty.
