"Someone came out the day before to see where the furnace was going to be installed. He suggested we go with a slightly larger unit for the size of our house, but we opted to go with the unit that was included in the deal.
Two men came out and installed the A/C and furnace. They told us they would be done with everything in about 4 hours, and kept pretty close to that. The furnace and A/C are both working perfectly so far.
We were mostly very happy with the company and the men who installed our units. There were only a couple minor annoyances. Our old furnace was incredibly rusty inside, and when they removed it from the house, they left a trail of rust and dirt from the basement to the front yard (including through our living room). They did not offer to clean it up, but left it for us to deal with. They also broke a light bulb in the basement and didn't get all the pieces cleaned up.

"We had a very good experience with our Bathroom Remodel. Basically, the bathroom was gutted. Dylan was the representative that helped us through the design process. He brought all samples to our home to make choices. He was patient, knowledgeable, and overall, very pleasant to work with. Ben and Kellan performed the work on the project. They were very professional, and extremely hard working! They literally took lunch breaks and other than that worked the entire day without breaking. They were quiet as can be, they didn't have any music playing or even receive private phone calls. They cleaned up after themselves each evening before they left. Extremely pleasant to have in our home. They kept us informed along the way and paid attention to detail. We couldn't be happier with the end results, job well done. "We bought a house recently. The inspection report called for installation of an expansion tank and lengthened drip leg on the HW heater. Jamison Plumbing had installed the new HW tank several months before for the original home owner. Jason called the City of Liberty to determine the exact code requirements. He called back and agreed to the additional work at no charge. He was able to make the changes in a timely manner. His crew called to say they would be later than planned because of an unexpected delay at the preceding job site. We appreciated his willingness to finish the installation according to code and to cover the additional materials and time. It was a great way to be welcomed into a new community.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Had a support beam installed in the basement to support a new island in the upstairs. Beam installed jacked up and leveled the ceiling and finished beam with sheetvrock and texture and printed. Did an amazing job and kept work are clean during the process"

"I called in at 2:30 AM and ii got an answering machine. I had left messages at 2 other companies so I thought "what the heck, I might as well see if this company will return my call." With-in 10 min I had a call back and they had a tech out witth-in the hour. The man I spoke with on the phone went through step by step what I needed to do to shut off the water because it was leaking all over my floor. They were prompt and had wonderful customer service. The tech had a badge on with his picture and the company name which made me feel very secure to let them into my home in the middle of the night. I can not say enugh about Reeds 24HR Plumbing. I would use them again and would definatlty recommend them to my friends and family. OH and the cost was very reasonable for having to come out in the middle of the night!
