He came through check it all out and let us know exactly what needed to be done. He quote us too on the price if we decide to stick with him. Since he is a smaller personally owned company he didn't have financial options. So we had to think if over. Anyways I offer to give him some cash for coming out here so late and he kindly refuse, which was very kind of him. Even though it was already 2am by the time he was done checking it all out. After a few calls to other companies we realize we rather pay a hard working, honest man and help smaller local business. Also his price was unbeatable and the quote he quoted us was what we pay no hidden cost or anything. Needless to say we were highly satisfy with his work and his honesty. He was upfront with what was needed and didn't not try to sell us on anything else. Highly recommend his service! And the price was very reasonable!!!"

It ended up just being a clogged tube port on the induction motor and that was such a relief during the holidays. Ray could’ve sold us anything to get the heat back on but he was honest about it being just a routine maintenance issue. "One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."
