"The plumber came almost at the end of the appointed time. When he arrived, he was fairly arrogant, and refused to negotiate despite coming from Angie's list. Lastly, he repaired the leaky line in about an hour, charging $530, and also did not provide the water plastic box for water line. We had to purchase one from another store. When I paid for the invoice, they didn't tell me that they are charging additional 3% with credit card. All in all, they did the work, but at a high price, and so so customer service."

"Firstly, I do not have a lot of experience with plumbing services...until now. We needed a gas line installed from a tee we discovered under our house.

I use Home Adviser to find services like this (after friend recs) and Earl's Plumbing were the 2nd company that contacted me. the 3rd to come to our house to give a free estimate. I guess it's true what they say that '3rd times a charm'! 

Our service person, Jason assessed the situation and gave me an estimate that was (NO JOKE) a third the price of the first 2 companies! I had a feeling I was getting hosed on the first two so I'm incredibly pleased that I waited to have Earl's Plumbing estimate.

Extra bonus-he was able to install that line right then!!! Who does that? In my experience, no one.

"Let start by saying WOW!!! Great job 5 Star Plumbing. I needed to replace my 50 gal water heater the other day. I called other company's to get estimates for replacing my water heater. What I thought was going to be an easy job, they gave me a price that was outrageous. It seemed like they didn't want to do the work. "Armando from Express Sewer and Drain assessed the repair and gave me estimates for replacing the ball valve and repairing the section to restore water to the pipe that provides water my front yard irrigation. He was fast, and efficient and is an excellent communicator. He answered all of my questions and provided options, and the recommended fix. I couldn't be happier with his work! Very happy with the price of repairs as well! Express Sewer and Drains pricing is half of the cost of the area's larger Plumbing service estimate. Icing on the cake is that when I told Armando that we had low water pressure in our Master Bathroom, he suggested a couple of things to check. We thought we were looking at needing to re-plumb the pipes into the Master Bath. I did what he suggested and like magic, we have restored water pressure without needing an expensive repair! Thank you Armando! We will definitely call Express Sewer and Drain in the future when we need plumbing work."

"It was a little complicated. As far as the plumbing work, that went fine. They're a little bit high pressure on their service contract. I ended up signing for a service contract for $15 a month. It's an automatic withdrawal so I have to wait for a year to undo it. I just wanted my plumbing fixed. I don't want the service contract. It was a simple job. They're polite. I ended up paying an additional $200."
