"I had a issue with shower pressure and Gavin came out to fix it. They needed special parts because it was not a standard shower. Upon fixing the shower then it was discovered that the hot water heater had a crack in it at the bottom. I was starting to become stressed because I was on a deadline to travel â ¦but Wirenut was excellent and worked with me. Everyone I spoke to like Jessica, Preston, and the answering service were pleasant. Both the techs Travis and Gavin were very polite and friendly.
