Yay!), caring and interested.  The contractor  took the time to explain issues that could arise, particularly with respect to replacing aluminum siding over asbestos, and worked out estimates to include worst case scenarios ? both of which none of the other companies that I have used over the past few years even came close to doing.  They even very kindly set up my rain barrel for me ? a last minute request; it has already been put to the test and is working very well indeed.

"Certified Inc. replaced my 80 year old metal flat roof with a new TPO roof in May 2020. When getting an estimate from Certified, Tom explained the process and the recommended roofing system in great detail. He also responded to my follow up questions quickly. After doing some research on different roofing systems, I decided to go with the TPO roof for it's environmental friendly qualities. The team who replaced my roof worked quickly and did a good job of cleaning up after they completed the work. I received pictures of the roof after the work was completed. "The work was described on paper and accomplished as scheduled, the cleanup after the work to remove nails and other roofing material from the deck and yard was good. Gutter installation was done separately, using a different team but the same firm. A coordinator did respond to my questions online in a timely way and sent photos after the work was complete and was very helpful. Conversation with the work crew was minimal."

"It was a great job. I've used JW Home Improvement before for inside small jobs. The estimate was well within the average for the job. The crew that came to do the removal of the old gutters and install the new system was terrific. Mr. Thomas Matamoros was the crew chief with assistance from Kevin and Gary. They arrived on time, worked hard and finished the job in the estimated time. Of great help, was the fact that they arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour estimated arrival time. Mr. Matamoros walked thru the expected job before starting the work. When it was finished, he had me inspect the work. No problems.
