"Mr. Rema arrived on time Sunday morning to update my water heater. He installed an expansion tank, duct work and replacing the piping to the thermostat on the water heater. He did an excellent job and took his time. Mr. Rema also went to the local hardware store twice to pick up the material that was needed. The only reason I didn't give him an A was because he quoted me a price at the beginning and then went done on the price and then tried to go back up to the original quoted price. After talking with him he decided to keep the price at the lower amount that he quoted."

"Very helpful on the phone and was able to come make repair in the next day. Called when he was on his way and arrived on time. Made a quick repair, cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with customer service and repair!"

"Called the main number and the lady I spoke with was very pleasant and easy to work with. Was looking to have a 50 gallon hot water heater installed, 2 drains snaked and a new faucet installed. She booked my appt for the next day. Zam came to the house to provide us the quote and even offered to do half the job then and come back in a few days to do the hot water heater. He was incredibly professional and did a great job on all the work. I highly recommend them and will call them again."

"I was in a panic after learning my main waterline underground had to be replaced. My lawn was soak and wet for days by the time I realized what the issue was. After receiving bids for the job, Artie was the last estimate I received that Wednesday. He was able to start the job the next day and pulled the required permit as well.
