After several competitors couldn't fit me in for days, I called BFP and they got me on today's schedule, so I wouldn't be without water. Gary was awesome, he explained the situation based on what he feared the issue was (needed to replace whole supply line into the house from the road). Turned out to me much less serious (existing line could be repaired). He wasn't pushy about add-ons and didn't try to scare me into doing more than was necessary, which is rare for service techs nowadays. The repair was still very expensive, but I didn't have time to shop around for low-ball bids, I was without service. I'd still recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and even more strongly recommend requesting Gary, he was awesome."

"I spoke with Mark over the phone and told him about the leak i had (symptoms, what i saw, etc) and he determined it may had been a valve that needed a simple tightening..he walked me through fixing it myself over the phone!! "FABULOUS!! How would I review this company? First by saying honesty, integrity and Skill! This was the 3rd company I called to fix my refrigerator's water dispenser. The first company was unknowledgeable and dishonest: told me that 2 parts needed to be replaced in addition to a coil cleaning that would cost me around $500, and that is with their "discounts". I told the repair person since they were trying to obviously cheat me I would not use their service and escorted him out the door. The 2nd person was referred by someone I did not know, and I should have checked his reviews which were appalling and shocking. This person scammed me out of $100 and told me I needed a part which he did not have as he had done to many others. I finally called All Better Appliance and was I ever pleased!! Bruce came out to check out the issue; a great technician and extremely honest. He told me I did not even need to replace anything but reconnected my water filter housing. After what I had been thru with 2 dishonest companies I was so relieved that there are repair people out there with high ethics. Bruce was also a very nice person and animal lover which is always a plus in my book. Thank you "All Better Appliance Company". YOU ARE THE BEST!! By the way they are very busy since they are so valued, so do wait for them to make it to your home.
