"I have been with them for a long time, but I do not like the trend that I am seeing. Their coverage is starting to be less and less. They are quick, and they will respond. The quality of what they do is good, just getting them to do it is the problem. Its more out of pocket than it use to be. I didn't like last time, I had a repair done on an air conditioner. The out of pocket was much as when I had the entire air conditioner replace. I asked how much did they pay the contractor. I asked if I paid them, and they didn't. That set me off. That is how I felt. I can't confirm it, and it gave me a feeling there was something shady going on. It was them or their contractor's that didn't do something by board. What I am hearing around no one is any better."

"Came and looked at - ordered parts than returned 3 weeks later to complete the repairs.  Toilet was unusable during that time but that was our choice as we had other bathrooms. I am sure that had that been our only bathroom they would have made temporary fixes to the toilet.  I would use them again."

I asked him to also help me install the faucet but he wasn't able to do it because he said the parts didn't fit. Apparently he did not have experience installing widespread 2-Handle faucet. I ended up installing it myself without having to go to home depot buying any extra part."
