They were a couple months out and we set a date to rebuild Masonry walls (from a building fire), Rework Door Thresholds (to add a traditional garage door), and remove an old chimney. Matt even called the night before scheduled work was to commence to reconfirm. The team finished the job in 3.5 days and even patched a hole in my floor next to a door that wasn't in scope. In my experience, this cannot always be said with contractors. I was impressed with Stephen’s prompt response when I first contacted him about the concrete repair that I needed done at my new home. He came soon after to look at the project and explain all that was happening with the problem. (The previous owners covered the problem up and left it to me to solve). Stephen also got me a quote quickly. I can’t emphasize how important this was to me as I was getting several quotes and other contractors just did not operate this promptly or efficiently. Stephen’s prices were completely fair for the work that had to be done. Even though it wasn’t a huge job it was still costly due to the nature of concrete work. It took the course of a week to do but each day that the crew worked on the project they cleaned up thoroughly after. "We chose to go with Correy Fletcher and his team because we were impressed with our initial meeting with him. He brought visuals of his work in the past and as part of his estimate, sent us a visual rendering of what our patio would look like with our chosen colors/styles For the actual work, Correy's team was on-time, friendly, and professional. The project took longer than anticipated because of weather conditions but Correy was very communicative about the delays. All parts of the contract were fulfilled. A nice touch that we appreciated is that they pressure-washed the driveway to clear it of tractor tracks, scuffs, etc. The only feedback we have for this project is that we weren't thrilled about the large open corridor between the stairs leading down to the patio and the foundation of the house. We didn't know this would be something we didn't like until the end of the project. We highly recommend future clients to consider what they want to do with that space (keep it open or close it up) and remember to bring that up during your project estimate."
