"Eco plumbers was incredibly responsive and sent one of their plumbers out within 1 hour of my call. The plumber was very professional and took care to clean up after himself in the worksite. The root of my C rating is that a relatively simple task (replacing a gasket on the bathtub overflow) turned into an expensive repair after the plumber broke a pipe trying to install the gasket. While i understand that pipes can corrode and break under stress(like installing this gasket) I was a bit shocked that the task which ended up taking the plumber about an hour of work in my home turned into $600 dollars ($100 for parts) repair. Would recommend if you're absolutely desperate, but Would seek other options based on price."

They provided a recommendation if we had a problem in the future, but today's visit was confirmation that we didn't have a broken water line or anything major. Only gripe: Sales person promised he would follow up and return post installation and I never heard a word from him again after the installation.
