"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

We agreed on a price and an estimated work date. Once into the job, he discovered some additional repairs were needed in a pergola that is structurally incorporated into the deck. Some of the structure had rotted in a hidden area. After showing me the newly discovered damage, Jeffery came up with a plan of action and reevaluated what would be needed. We agreed on a price based on the new Information and he got back to work. He was able to complete the job with great results. I was very pleased with his service and communication throughout. He was always on time. He and his crew were professional and unobtrusive throughout completion of the project. They also made a point to clean up daily after they wrapped up.
