I called them yesterday with two issues: a leaking relief valve on our water tank, and a slow draining toilet that coughed up grey gunk after 2 days of Draino Max Buildup treatment and plunging, yet wouldn't drain properly. Jim Montalbano got back to me very quickly, gave me the low-down on what was most likely happening, and sent his team over bright and early today. Paul and Adam were polite and very easy to talk with. (We've experienced plumbers who treated us with condescending attitudes, so this was a pleasure!)
