Get matched with top major home repair pros (general contractors) in Concord, NC

"Without a significant hitch, and the minor ones that will ALWAYS crop up in a project this size were handled quickly, professionally, and to my satisfaction. Haines began fairly quickly after bid accepted, and worked tirelessly to arrange for demolition and major carpentry, building his own external stairs to window so as to avoid bringing construction material/debris through house. Timing of carpentry, roofing, hvac, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, cabinets/countertops choice and installation, and flooring was well-coordinated with no down-time. Very happy with finished project, and will be using Haines on smaller master bath remodel."

"great everything came out even better then we expected Bill is a man of his word"

"Outstanding work, what ever you need done they were able to complete it at a timely manner. I needed a safe and affordable deck and they did just that. Plus Scott and his team went out of their way to over build to make sure we were safe but also make it aesthetically pleasing. Anything that came along they kept us informed and make sure we were educated to make the right decisions. Very pleased with their work and can’t wait to call them back to do more home Reno. You won’t be disappointed."

"From this point forward, this company will be my go-to for any home repairs I need. We were looking for a trash can fenced enclosure that was installed rather poorly a few years ago. Our handyman, Jose (jose@charlotte), was attentive, thorough, and dedicated to the best outcome for our family. He arrived on time, remained a consummate professional, and helped us make the best decisions for our improvement project. We are so pleased with the outcome. Thank you, Jose, and thank you, Cransten. Moving forward, this will be my go-to home improvement company!"

"He was very knowledgeable and professional. Gave great information to us for future repairs of other areas In our home. Would hire again."

"Home improvement can be nerve-wracking. Ruiz Enterprises made it GREAT! Mollie and Catalino and their BIG team of pros were responsive to text and phone, clear with timelines and amazingly affordable. They handled a primary bedroom redesign from demo to paint and a kitchen upgrade, installing a downdraft and induction cooktop. When I threw in 2 extra tasks-- a small flooring repair and a ceiling repair I had forgotten about--they gracefully accepted the work and seemed genuinely happy to add them into the schedule. Catalino and Mollie really cared about our satisfaction and comfort througout the process! The price reflected in this review does not include the cost of the flooring or paint or flooring finish oils, which we chose to purchase on our own. I loved that Mollie offered that option from the get go. It allows you be more or less hands-on, according to your own comfort level."

"Good, redone my kitchen completely from cabinets to electrical to even preserving everything I wanted to keep. Would definitely use again!"

"I’ve had the pleasure of working with Randy on multiple occasions — both as the listing agent for several of his renovation and flip projects, and through clients I’ve referred to him for home updates, screened-in porches, and larger remodels. Every single time, he’s delivered exceptional quality, attention to detail, and professionalism. His craftsmanship and eye for design make every project stand out, and he’s always reliable and easy to communicate with. My clients have consistently been thrilled with the results, and I’m always confident referring him knowing he’ll take great care of them. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a trustworthy, talented contractor who truly takes pride in his work!"

"I hired Southern Elite Construction to refresh my home before selling, and they did an outstanding job! They painted the interior, refinished my kitchen and bathroom cabinets, sanded and restained my old hardwood floors, and replaced the carpet. The results were fantastic, and I was able to sell the house right away."
