No hidden costs and he didn’t try to upsell me any additional parts, like new openers. He gave me a date & time for the installation, showed up on time and installed them. Took him about 3 hours to replace 2 doors. We love the new doors & they look and work great. The last thing he said was to call him with any concerns, even if started squeaking & he would be there to fix it. He is very professional with many years of experience & provided excellent service. "Excellent.  They (the business owner Gary Scalese and 2 others) arrived promptly at the scheduled time and completed the task of removing the old door opener and installing the new opener, wall unit and sensors in less than 1 hour.  They even did some maintenance on the door tension springs...a heavy, 16 foot wide, wood door.  They were polite, professional and skilled...working as an experienced team.  They disposed of the old unit and packaging materials and the business owner took time to explain and demonstrate the operation of the new unit.  I am very happy with my new garage door opener and with the service provided.  My old opener was in use for 35 years and was starting to fail.  The new opener is much quieter using a belt rather than a chain mechanism and offers improved lighting, security and safety sensors.  I highly recommend S & S Overhead Door Co. <br />"
