No hidden costs and he didn’t try to upsell me any additional parts, like new openers. He gave me a date & time for the installation, showed up on time and installed them. Took him about 3 hours to replace 2 doors. We love the new doors & they look and work great. The last thing he said was to call him with any concerns, even if started squeaking & he would be there to fix it. He is very professional with many years of experience & provided excellent service. "It very well. I asked for an estimate and received a quote and contract. I also received help by the Mass Garage Doors Expert on how to make this happen. I was told to get a contractor to make my garage doors shorter and wider for the new doors and electrician to put plugs on garage ceiling for the remote device. I did and also gave them each others phone numbers so they could first have the contractor make the openings shorter and wider. Then the electrician had to come put the plugs on the ceilings.
