"I was having a problem with dust etc. I had removed one of the vent covers and looked down and went to Angies list to see who they would recomment to clean the vents. I called this company after reading the reviews listed. I spoke to them and set up and appt for Friday. I did not have them come to do an est - I knew approx how many vents I had to clean. They gave me an idea of what it would cost based on this. 2 very nice men came to do the cleaning - were very nice to my dog... big... Both were very neat in appearance, and very respectful. They were very concerned with getting the job done right which I really appreciated. The areas that they worked in looked better when they left. Was very inpressed with they work they did and would recommend them to anyone that needed this service done."

Replaced the subfloor and put down new tile, also made our shower waterproof, and it was not before. Perfect job, looks beautiful. We have a brand new bathroom. Could not be happier....Thanks"

"I called Tom when our upstairs toilet overflowed & leaked through the ceiling & a light fixture. Tom responded promptly, gave me tips for what to do in the interim, and came out on a Sunday for an initial estimate. I was very ready to hear that we’d need to rip out the ceiling, and I really appreciated Tom’s honesty in telling me he didn’t think we’d need to cut away the ceiling. He could easily have gotten himself a bigger job, but had the integrity to tell us we didn’t need to take the pricier route. I would 100% recommend Tom, and though I hope we don’t have reason to need these services again; if we do I will definitely call Northeast Water Remediation. I can’t speak to the quality of work, other than his initial assessment (which was efficient & thorough), but his integrity speaks highly of his work ethic, and I’d trust him to do any work we needed done. Also his quote for a bit of patching & re-painting down the line was very reasonable."

"Paul came to the house to take a look at the job and give us an estimate the day after we called Puritan Flood. The estimate arrived via e-mail the next business day and, helpfully, was in the same format that our insurance company used to assess the damage. This made it really easy to compare Puritan's costs with our insurance reimbursement. We ok'd the estimate and Paul's crew came the very next morning to begin work. The crew members were very polite and worked very efficiently, finishing the job in a single day. They covered EVERYTHING--there wasn't a speck of dust or debris when they left. The work itself was neat, thorough and exactly as promised. I would hire this company again in a minute. An added plus: Paul was willing to communicate via text and email, which I prefer. <br />"
