"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"As a member of their maintenance club, I get a spring and fall maintenance visit included. Just had Neal from Trusted Heating and Cooling out to do the fall visit. He was very thorough, cleaned and tuned everything up, and in addition, explained to me how the whole system worked, and what all those pipes and wires do, exactly. (Who knew there's a little light that blinks out a code if something is wrong?) Very happy with the service.

"My air conditioner unit is in the attic and normally when it is service the technician works on the unit in the attic, this technician worked on the outside unit which was unusual. However, he was able to get the air conditioner working properly."

"Jasen takes pride in his work and strives to make his customers happy. He has a vast knowledge base in both handyman services and remodeling and is willing to take on whatever you have for him!"

"There were defects in a cooler thermostat that I had purchased for Alltech to install, which, by the time it could be identified as "bob," or "bad out of the box," had damaged two fan motors, and I was pleased that Alltech stayed on the problem 'til it could be made right. The installation project itself also had some quirks that Alltech was happy to work out."

"I strongly advocate for this company. The initial installation of our shed floor was wrong and lacking just about everything and started caving, leading to rot and requiring a full replacement. Joel stood out for his excellence and in-depth knowledge, addressing all our needs efficiently. He ensured the shed was raised to safeguard against flooding, removed the old flooring, and installed new flooring with stable footing and appropriate underside support. Furthermore, he built a staircase. His professionalism and the company's service were impressive, prompting me to enthusiastically recommend them. The trust and expertise they demonstrated were outstanding."

"Each time AHS has come to service my home, the experience was seamless and they person was able to repair what I needed or refer to me to someone else."
