"Our very old heating system & hot water heater started leaking carbon monoxide and we had to get it replaced just recently. The old system was a water heater which also was used to heat the house. After getting several quotes, I chose Sensible Heating and Cooling, not because it was the best price, but because I really felt that Phil, who did the estimate, really took his time in looking over our home to decide what we needed, and to get us the best system for the money. We ended up scrapping the old system, and getting a new high efficiency furnace and hot water heater. Phil sent over a crew soon after we got the estimate, on a Friday morning. He said it would probably take 2 days, which would have left us a weekend without heat or hot water. However, the guys who came, Aaron Dagnar and Walter, worked quickly and so efficiently throughout the day that we had both heat and hot water before 5:30. Not only were they just awesome at getting the job done fast, but all of them were extremely friendly. They were very informative, and kept me updated on what was going on, and any changes to our home which would need to be made. So tonight I'm sitting in a toasty home after a few days without heat, thanks to the people of Sensible Heating and Cooling. Highly recommend!"
