Ryan called the following morning, and he and Nick were at my door within an hour. They are very professional and knowledgeable, and gave me two options for replacement of my sump pump and check valve. They had all the necessary equipment in their truck and took less than an hour to have the replacement installed and everything running perfectly. Would definitely recommend, and hire again!! "Jay O'Connor stopped by the same day we called. We were given a thorough explanation of requirements/ options for the new railings. Jay went over the code regulations as well. We selected a pretty basic aluminum set of railings and my wife talked about a "lambs tongue" accessory (kind of a handle on the entry side of the first upright). We called Jay the following day to accept the proposal he gave us. The install guys came about a week later, at the time promised. They did a very sharp-looking, clean installation and it looks great. My wife was out and returned after the install and asked why no "lambs tongue". I hadn't realized that she had asked for it. The work order didn't refer to the accessory, but she called Jay to inquire and he said right away that it was in his notes but left off of the work order. No argument, no resistance. A guy named Mike came out that afternoon and installed the items no charge. We got not only a good-looking job, but were treated like a customer wants to be treated. Top notch service and product."

"Phil from APM of Newark came out to inspect for bed bugs, he was very knowledgable and very helpful. He was very up front with the amount of prep that we needed to do prior to treatment. We opted for the chemical treatment as oppose to the heat treatment(in hind sight I would have done the heat treatment). Both Kevin and John the exterminators were very thorough and gave very good advice.  They also were very sympathetic to our plight. I would HIGHLY recomend APM! <br />"

"The owner and his associate came within the promised time window. I scheduled them on only a few days notice, so I was glad they were able to come when they did. They took their shoes off when they entered, which was nice. I had them remove two heavy speakers and disassemble a nearly 9 foot long, 6 feet tall wall unit, move it to my new residence and reassemble it. It is not an Ikea piece, so I was sure they would be unfamiliar with it. To make things easier, I labelled the 30 or so individual pieces and demonstrated how the pieces go together. I removed the doors to the piece myself, because they required loosening adjustment screws and fiddling with the same screws on reassembly - very time consuming if you have not done it before. The two men bundled several pieces together and wrapped them in a Saran like material so they couldn't move. They blanketed larger pieces in their truck. The trip to the new residence was 3 miles. They were able to assemble pretty quickly because I had all the pieces labelled. One shelf was installed backwards, which I didn't notice until after they left. It was easily reinstalled by me and not a big deal. When they first arrived, I asked if they brought a rubber mallet. I was surprised that they had not, and I brought my rubber mallet to help with reassembly. They were not as careful as I have been when taking the unit apart and putting it back together, but no one ever is. I would definitely hire the company again. I would recommend overseeing the work so you can make suggestions on how to approach the task when needed."
