"The Design consultant, Andy die a great job explaining the product and options for the tub to walk in shower conversion. The installers, Ian and Christian did an outstanding job on the installation, completed in approximately 8 hours! Great job guys!"

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"I chose Limitless Renovations primarily because of their professionalism and responsiveness when I was vetting contractors I. Their quote was higher than others but ultimately it was worth it. Their customer service, workmanship and quality exceeded my expectations. Renovations are never fun but their team made it an enjoyable experience… despite the pandemic. Loving my bathrooms and new walk-in shower."

"The technician Raymond accessed the situation and gave me the option of replacing the handle or having a new faucet installed which would have cost more money. He set the expectations for each option."

"It went quickly and easily. Bath Planet crew were on top of everything making sure everything was done correctly and with professionalism. The crew worked on the demolition of the tub and construction of the shower and tiling were friendly and diligent in getting the job done and done well! I may never need to use it in a wheelchair, but I love my new shower everyday. I would highly recommend Bath Planet and all staff to anyone!!"

"Bryant and team arrived on time. We talked again on exactly what to expect with the installation. Install team was professional and knowledgeable on floor installation. Floors are beautiful. Matches exactly to other flooring in the foyer, and kitchen. New Image Flooring is my preferred contractor."

"Leonardo the owner came out promptly to measure and quote, was straightforward about the scope of the job and made suggestions to reduce the cost. A couple of days’ delay on the install timing but Leonardo was communicative and honest. When the installers came it took less time than expected, looks great and the quality seems very good. We’ll see in a year after some use, however I expect it will be just as solid then. No issues with our dogs being in the house. Once the crew got to work, they paid no mind to each other. Had another quote as well and Dreamworks’ pricing was lower. Personal service, good pricing and quality product."

"As a former customer, I requested their services again. My appointment was for Saturday, July 1st. in the AM. Les, came to my home, he was very professional throughout the entire installation process. After, the installation was completed he removed all the trash and my old toilet from my home. Within minutes after his departure, I started experiencing some minor drips from the top bowl-(Glacier Bay). Contact Les again, regarding what I was experiencing with the drips. Les was very professional and calm, although I was frustrated. He successfully completed it."
