"I called ThermoTech Solutions and they sent out a technician within 24 hours. I was pleasantly surprised that the technician was the same gentleman I talked to over the phone so I did not have to retell what was wrong with my system. Jason my technician who is also the owner was great. He tested my system, knew exactly what was needed, and had it repaired the very same day. He did not try to sell me on upgrading my unit or a bunch of repairs I did not need. The service was fast, very reasonably priced, and I have had no issues since. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
