"I had a spring break on my door, called A&R to set up an appt. for the next day when I was off work. Ron offered to be there the same day but it didn't work for me. So the next day Ron came out and replaced the springs, and did it fast. I also asked if he could replace the rollers, again fast. He also made some adjustments at no charge and lubed up all items on the door. The door works great and is quiet as a mouse. Outstanding customer service and quality work, all at an affordable price.
