"We hired Joe to repair and replace the roof of our bookstore which we acquired in 2021 (a Victorian era brick and limestone building, 100+ years old). The roof is a 3000 sq ft flat commercial roof with latex waterproofing which has been patched over the years, but it’s likely been more than 30 years since major repairs were done. In the ensuing years, ice and snow have produced damage, and we saw major leaks by the winter of 2023. This damage was primarily in the boards (under the waterproofing) and ceiling rafters. Where possible, Joe made repairs, but where necessary, he replaced all materials. He added new insulation and new latex waterproofing throughout, He jacked portions of the ceiling rafters and repaired or replaced here as well. It was a huge and difficult job. He did excellent work. We are very happy with his work. As far as we’re concerned, he saved our bookstore."

"I hired Lynn for several projects, this summer! (2025) He has done a terrific job with everything he’s done. He’s responsible, and very easy to talk with. He was very helpful on explaining, things, going over and answering all my questions. I had him do all my soffit work, painted my house also. I then had him do a deck for me. He was delayed due to rainy weather, but took care to get the color right and made many helpful recommendations and some additional carpentry along the way. "It went excellent!  Hi Tech Construction Co gave me a detail estimate of the job.  And compared to other estimates I received from several other companies, Hi Tech's was the most reasonably priced.  Hi Tech also gave me a timeline of the job from beginning to finish and they were right on target.  The crews showed up on time and carried out the job like experts - they surely looked like they knew what they were doing.  I noticed that they were very concerned about the safety of our neighbors, anybody passing by, their crews, and us.  They also cleaned everything right after they finished their job.  I was really happy with the timeliness and the quality of their job.  I will definitely strongly recommend Hi Tech.  I do not think you can go wrong with them.
