"I wasted $15,000 with this dishonest company. I chose Sewer Renewal Specialists because of their great ratings. I have apartments on a slab and they relined the cast iron sewer line under the apartments. Afterwards, several other companies scoped the line with cameras and found that where the lateral lines (coming down from each apartment) joined the main sewer line, there was no liner and sewage could leak out. Worse, the company did not line the last ten feet of the line. The line is only as good as its weakest point, so the problem was not fixed. After many requests, David Hefley, the owner, finally came out to the property He agreed there was a problem and blamed his workers. However, he has already seen the video but never told me about the problems. He said he would refund my total bill, which was about $19,000. I told him that I only wanted $15,000, because a small portion lined from the street to the apartments was okay. We agreed and shook hands, and I followed up with a text"
