"From start to finish Wes and Dave were great. They were the only HVAC company who didn't try and up sell me on equipment I did not need or want. Wes spent almost 3 hours with me looking over my existing systems and making recommendations. They were by far the best on price too. On day of install we installed 2 x 2.5 Ton Trane units. We had two crews, who were really nice and took pride in their work. We did have an issue with one of the units with the blower motor two days after install. Of course it was a Friday night at 10pm. Both Wes and Dave called me immediately, and had a tech onsite on Saturday morning. The tech was able to get us back up and running while they ordered a new blower motor. Everything was completed on the following Tuesday, on my schedule. Throughout the whole process, it was easy to get a hold of Wes or Dave, which is very important to me when dealing with a company. While I wish I didn't have an issue with a brand new unit, Chesapeake resolved it as quickly as possible. Can't ask for more then that."

"Mel and his crew were excellent. We had an initial coupon from Angie's list, and added additional services after Mel's first visit. Everyone was professional, he was easy to deal with over the phone, did not seem to mind our ridiculously barking dog, cleaned up everything, and seemed to give us an honest appraisal of the work that was needed. We certainly aren't going up 3 stories or getting on our roof--he could have chosen to leave the incorrectly installed existing gutter guard as it was, and he could also have told us that all of the guard needed replacing, but he didn't. The price was quite reasonable given other estimates. The windows are sparkling. We will definitely hire Mel's again, and recommend them without hesitation.

"The engineer came out but it took a couple of days. There were some other faults with the problem. It wasn't just necessarily a tune-up problem. He found some other things wrong and basically addressed that as well. They got in contact with me quickly. For the deal, there were no additional charges but there were some other things wrong with the heating and air conditioning unit that needed to be addressed that were outside of what was covered. I was okay with that. Everything's working fine now. He needed additional parts. He completed the job in three days."

"They were professional and the amount of time they quoted was exactly what it took to install my A/C. We saved money by using them. The first company, a very large and tv advertised company that came to our home was not able to identify the exact problem. They stated that the unit needed a circuit board or perhaps after installing a circuit board it could need a new motor. We had to pay $89.00 for an for an incorrect diagnosis. As it turned out we needed a new motor and not a circuit board."

Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
