I had a problem with my water heater, and instead of replacing the thing or charging me to fix it, Mr. Hamza turned the temperature down a little bit and it no longer leaks. I also had a leaky pipe behind my washing machine that he fixed for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. I had moved my washing maching before he came in order for him to get to the leak, and he insisted on helping me put it back in place before he left. And he hooked it all up again for me. "Automatic did a very good job of putting in a new water main pipe. The original pipe ran under the driveway, so they had to dig a new trench. They did a very neat job of digging the trench by digging up the sod first, then dirt. The sod was replaced in reverse order. The ground looks very lumpy in places, but I imagine one would need a landscaper to restore it to its original smoothness. All in all, they did a great job, and I would definitely hire Automatic again."

I feel the parts and labor were high.  Work was done while my wife was at home and she didn't know much about what they were recommending. They did explain by phone to me before hand. Also, I got no detailed report on the multi part inspection that supposedly came with my heater flush. My receipt simply said "repair heater" next to the $340 charge.  I definitely wouldn't use again.

"I called Steve and he said he would be there the next day.  I told him an a/c guy  I knew came and put freon in it, and within 24 hours it wouldn't cool.  Steve asked me did he check for leaks, and I said no I don't think so.  He said, that is the first  he should have done was find out where it was leaking the freon.  My air conditioner is old, but I told him I couldn't afford to replace it right now, so he found the leak and stopped the leak and it has worked great on every warm day we have had.  
Steve is the most honest, kindest gentleman you could ever want to meet.  He was very sympathetic with me and didn't try to insist that it wasn't worth fixing and try to tell me I needed a new one.
I would highly recommend this company.  This day and time, so many people sell you things that you don't even need or try to convince you to replace the unit with another one.  This company listened to me and fixed my problem and did it at a very reasonable cost.
