"From the time we first met with Terri at Imported Stone, until the day that they installed the countertops, things could not have gone better.  We were having a complete kitchen overall, and our contractor recommended that we use them for our countertops.  They were super responsive.  If I had a question, I got an answer quick.  Even if it was after hours, and I left a message, I was contacted promptly the next business day with an answer.  Everything was scheduled according to the contractors schedule, and Imported Stone was there on time, and completed the work just as they said that they would.  We have a question about something regarding the stone after the install, and they were out there ASAP to check on it.

"The repairs and renovation to our master bath took a little longer than we anticipated but the quality of work and the professionalism of the workers was superior. Dust and dirt from the construction that had to take place was constrained to as small an area as possible. Each workday tarps were placed over our hardwood floors, carpeted areas, and furniture to prevent soiling. At the end of each workday Tom's crew took the time to clean up after themselves not only inside the house but also in the garage where tile cutting, mortar mixing, etc. was done. They used only quality materials and guided us through the entire process with professional advice and recommendations about available upgrades. We would definitely use Nicholas Tile and Bath again and we do not hesitate to recommend them to others."

"I purchased this company's Angie's List Deal in May, 2015.  Franco responded very quickly following the purchase and called to schedule time to measure my kitchen for backsplash installation.  I had a sample of the tile at that time, so he was able to provide a list of supplies needed (mastic, grout, etc.)  I told him the tile was special order and I wasn't sure of when it would be in stock.  Franco followed up regularaly to check the status.  The tile was FINALLY delivered mid-July.  Franco worked with me (he even offered to install on a Sunday! on an installation date.  He arrived on July 27 promptly as promised at 9:00 a.m. and worked non-stop until 5:00 p.m. (didn't even take a break) to complete the job.  The result is beautiful and I would strongly recommend Forever Showers Tile & Stone to anyone!
