"I had a plumbing leak since February 2024 whereas the leak was coming from my bathroom shower leaking into my kitchen, when I immediately contacted my home warranty American Shield, they never provided me with a Plumbing contractor. From February 22, 2024 until March 24, 2024, I continued to have leakage. American Home Shield then told me they had no contractors to assist me with my plumbing issues and therefore wanted me to identify a Plumbing contractor and then submit the diagnosis to them for review and approval. I then identified Royal Class Service and they diagnosed the leakage as a Shower Valve Replacement whereas they would need to open drywall from the closet to gain access for repair. The estimate from Royal Class was over $2,000.00. American Home Sheild then sent PROSERVICE HVAC & PLUMBING for a second option located in Connecticut. They stated that Royal Class inflated the cost repair and this Pro-Service Company was supposed now take over the repairs. I waited three more weeks because when I called Pro-Service requesting a date for repair they continuously told me they are waiting for valve they ordered from Home Depot. They are the worse!!! I'm Disabled and was out of my shower usage for three months. Well on a Thursday of early May, I happen to see Neighborhood Plumbing truck and contacted Anthony (contractor). Anthony came to home so professional and concerned to assist me with the well overdue plumbing issue and Neighborhood Plumbing repaired this in less than two hours at a price that was extremely fair and far more less than Royal Class quoted and five star professional than American Home Sheild and Pro-Service located in Connecticut. Please don't get taken by these companies. Anthony could have attempted to inflate his prices and robbed me like Royal Class attempted or he could have never come back to repair just as Pro-Service did. But, Neighborhood Plumbing does not have professional integrity they get the job done at a cost that's not ROBBERY! I had a horrible experience with these former companies and I urge you to seek out Neighborhood Plumbing if you need Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Services. Thank you Neighborhood Plumbing,"

"This person who claimed to work with RVV plumbing came to my house with no tools but just his cellphone to use it as flashlight to look for the source if pipe leaking, use my hummer to knock down a wall which was not the source of leak, left the house and told me that he will have to borrow from his friend a camera to look for the leaking. What kind of non sense is this, why did Angi list allowed this in their website. Not reliable, not an expert at all! Destroyed my walls for nothing and run a business with no tools and the van he drove does not even has his business name, so scary!! "At first Christopher with Rite Time seemed nice and helpful to fix my bathtub faucet. He came to look at it and said the inside needed to be cut off given it was old and corroded. Given the property is a condo, we agreed he?d come back another day so I can get approval from the property manager to cut near the pipe in the wall. He quoted me 450 and said it would take about 3 hours. After approval, he said he would come back at 830am. I let him know I would need his license number to prove he was a certified plumber. He said no problem. I coordinated with my tenant to have them home and Christopher no call and no showed. He still has not responded to any text or call. I?m pretty sure he?s not licensed. Anyway, I got a plumber to come in today who fixed it in 20 minutes for $140. Long story, go elsewhere for any plumbing work. "
