Joe was great, he pointed out that the lock that had been installed on the front door, was "heavy duty" and not necessarily meant for the front door we have. He thought  that the previous owners must have just liked the look of the lock, and that the installer made it work for them, but in doing so, the internal mechanisms did not line up which was one of the reasons why the key wasn't turning in one smooth action. To replace a lock of such heft would have been very expensive and would have ruined the nice look of the door, Joe did a "re-key" which saved us a lot of money, and was greatly appreciated having just bought a house. Joe was professional and efficient and when he had to come back the second day to install the interior garage door knob and deadbolt, he even was able to have all of the locks work one key - and the plus - less clutter on our key rings.
