"We scheduled the work late and asked Mike if he could finish before our daughter came in mid July . He said he thought so if the weather cooperate.  Mike had the work about 50% completed when Hurricane Arthur made land fall in the outer banks. Mike restarted work on Sunday after the Hurricane (stain application was next and the Cedar had to dry).  the job was completed in plenty of time for my daughter's visit.
Quality of the work was excellent, everything was completed and look good. He even power washed our front steps."

"I was searching for a contractor on line when I found Richard Rosser. I was a bit nervous because I knew nothing about him or any other contractor I searched up.

Richard and his crew gave me a fair estimate for the work and a start date from the very beginning. The work was started on time and every day they worked, they were punctual and always left a clean work site before they left. I have 3 small children, and they were always aware of my kids and aware of their safety. Richard was always open to any questions or suggestions I had. He and his crew were VERY kind and accommodating to my requests.
The city frequently was late with inspections. Richard always went straight down to the city to handle things rather than waiting for them to get back to him. He was very proactive and represented me well.
He was extremely fair when unexpected work/cost came up due to city demands.
The finished product is beautiful. I have many, many compliments on the work he and his crew have done. I have recommended him in the past and will continue to recommend him in the future. In fact, he has been back many times to do smaller jobs for me, and he is always here with a smile.
