"I would not recommend them. We have had so much trouble with this company. They were trying to start a place in Gilbert and they moved back to Tucson. They were very expensive and we feel like we made a bad decision. I don' t know if we got a lemon or what but never again. We have tried to get them to replace it because we've had it for one year and we've had them out for 6 service calls and they will not replace it. They keep saying we bought a new Lenox. I keep saying oh we want to do right by Lenox. It's under warranty and we can't replace it until I don't know when. They are not replacing it but they keep coming out and they do fix it but it doesn't ever stay fixed. We have had so many problems with it. We thought they were going to have a company here in the Mesa-Gilbert area which is close to Phoenix but they backed out and now they are in Tucson. I don't know if this is their fault or not, but it is very frustrating because they are in Tucson and we are here and they told us they would be in Mesa-Gilbert. Normally you buy a product like this and you never have any problems and that's the end of that but in one year we've had 6 service calls. The last service call they actually charged us $49 to come out and do whatever they did. It leaked twice and they had to add Freon twice and they had to replace the compacitor and then they had to replace some other major but they will not give us another one. We are so frustrated with them. It takes them a long time to get out to us. Our mistake - we paid them too much money. They were expensive. We probably could have gone locally and gotten a much better deal. It was one of those decisions that you regret. The owner came out to talk to us and we were really rooting for him and that's why we decided to go with him and that wasn't a good reason. They are far away and honestly I think they try to get out. They come at strange hours and they don't seem to know the area. It was a really dumb reason to make this decision. We met him at the home show."
