While they were the middle bid in terms of overall cost, we believe we received higher value that even the highest bid. He explained and demonstrated how it worked, and how to turn it on and off. As he turned on the pilot light for the water heater after installation, he explained how to do it if I ever needed to do it myself. Quick to respond to my initial inquiry and further questions.
