"I called in a panic as my garage door was off the track and partially opened. This is a holiday weekend and I could not wait from Saturday until Tuesday for a repair. The people I had used before did not do residential repairs on the weekend (I will never use them again) so I went to home advisor for help. The company I used had a branch in the next suburb. They were out on a Saturday in less than an hour. The gentleman who did the repair (David) was very nice and explained all options to me. The repair was done in a little over an hour and I couldn't be more pleased."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
