"David fixed my water heater !!!!!!!"

"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

"Simple water heater replacement but Kevin Rudy and team did a great job and left me confident for the next 10 years of reliable hot water."

"Very professional from Start to finish. He evaluated the overall problem, made recommendations for repair, upon agreement, he got busy and was done in no time at all. Plus cleaned up before he left. Very Happy with his work and my pipes not longer leak !!!"

"They gave me a very good estimate to replace my hot water heater. We scheduled a time, and they showed up right on time, removed the old one, installed the new one without any leftover mess. The final cost was exactly as stated, with no hidden or additional fees. I was very happy with the quality of their work, and would recommend them to anyone."

"Affordable Heating and Cooling did an amazing job installing my new split system on New Years Eve!! Dave the owner, was in constant communication with me from start to finish and was meticulous with all aspects of the project. They were very neat and cleaned everything back to the way it looked before the project began. A pleasure to work with and he even gave me a bunch of free advise about other aspects of my nearly 100 year old heating system. They will be my first call if I have any other heating or cooling needs!"

"Bob and Tom are great contractors. They not only did an awesome job replacing my water heater, they also identified issues in my chimney while they were connecting the vent pipe for the water heater. I will hire them again for separate HVAC projects."

"I recently had Nick out to fix my oil burner, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My heating system suddenly stopped working properly during a cold snap, leaving us without heat. From the first call, the team was responsive, professional, and got someone out quickly. Nick arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue. He explained everything clearly, what was wrong, why it happened, and what needed to be done without any upsell pressure or confusing language. The repair was done efficiently and cleanly; he left the area spotless, which I really appreciated. My oil burner is now running better than ever. Heat is consistent, and I feel much more confident going into the rest of the cold weather. Honest, skilled work at a fair price."

"Removed broken water heater and replaced all in the same day we contacted them- very satisfied with the experience Would strongly recommend them"
