"Opened the garage door, pulled the car in, then tried to close the door. Made a pretty nasty sound. Turned around and found that the door support wires had tangled around the spring bar. Had to disconnect the wires to close my door. Noticed Reed's had a sticker on the door from when they installed it years prior. So gave them a call and left a message. They called me back first thing the next morning. Took some notes and said they'd give me a call back when they could schedule something with their techs. Think they forgot about me for a couple days, so gave them a call back. They sent someone out immediately on my follow up call. Luckily nothing was broken. Friends of mine referred me to R & M Construction after they went through a similar experience last year. <br /> Jeff Coates, a representative for R & M, came out to inspect the damage and explained the process of working with our insurance company. He even came out the day the adjuster from our insurance company did his own inspection. I feel like we received a fair price for all the work that needed to be done. <br /> I absolutely love our new roof and was happy to see they could repair the holes in our siding. They did such a good job matching the color of it that you cannot tell we ever had damage. They also replaced our gutters, and repaired and painted in a few other places I had initially didn't even see myself. <br /> Everyone I came across or talked to on the phone from their office was pleasant and helpful which took a lot of stress and worry about the repairs off of me. "<ol> <li>Our home had hail damage from the March storm that hit our area. David Sugg, the owner of Pro Finish, was soon starting on a house at 712 Bartlett Ave (2 doors down). He stopped by to ask if we had filed an insurance claim for our damage. At that time we were unaware of any roof damage but did have hail damage on the front siding. David informed me that I did have damage and without his suggestion I probably would not have called. From the beginning I relied on David to help me with the adjustors and he did in every way possible. David was always just a phone call away if we had any questions throughout the process. The  roofers started around the first of July and did an amazing job. They are a very hard working crew that gets the job done fast with high quality work. The amazing duo of Scott & Barry came soon after and started all of the home repairs. Those 2 men are one of the reasons why we wanted Pro Finish to do our home repairs. We had seen their work on the neighbors house and were so impressed. They installed our windows, gutters ,doors, facia, replaced siding, and window shutters. They completely transformed our home. It once was a light blue cape cod with midnight blue window shutters (often referred to a smurf house) and is now a modern home with clay vinyl siding and black shutters. They difference is amazing!! It really looks like a different home. We would like to replace our front porch next year and will be using Pro Finish for that repair also. It has been 3 months and we still hear so many compliments about the looks of our home.
