"I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with my recent experience with Long Home Products. I hired them to install a walk-in shower, and the installation process has been nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, I was overcharged for the installation. Despite the high cost of 15k, I decided to proceed with the hope that I would receive a high-quality product and service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The shower has leaked every time I use it, causing significant frustration and inconvenience. I reached out to Long Home Products to report the issue, expecting them to stand by their work and offer a solution. However, I was told that there is nothing they can do to help. This response is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone considering Long Home Products for their home improvement needs to think twice. The combination of poor workmanship, overcharging, and lack of customer service has left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope this review helps others avoid the same negative experience."

"This company exceeded my expectations. They installed a washer & dryer hook up in my home. A job I thought would take a week or so they completed in a weekend. Even threw in a ice maker for my fridge during the process. They are highly skilled & communicate with you throughout the job. Job went so well I recommended him to do a family members bathroom and it is absolutely beautiful. If you need some work done in your home give them a call they do great work."

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. "I hired this company six months ago to remodel my garage. The project was supposed to take 5 weeks. It shortly turned into 8 weeks. Now, six months later, the project isn't even half completed. The contract stated half of the money was to be paid up front, then half upon completion, yet they are constantly asking for more money. They only show up once per week, if they show up at all. The worksite is a mess and there is no end in site. They damaged items that they were asked to preserve, including a brand new garage door opener that I am now being asked to replace. They also damaged a retaining wall that I now have to pay someone to repair. This has been an absolute nightmare. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! The worksite is a constant mess and my neighbors are complaining. No one should have to live like this."
