"I called Action to repair my 30+ year old Maytag dryer in my Suffield CT home because it wasn't drying clothes. Tom came on Monday, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. After the part arrived on Thursday, I called to see if I could get it installed on Friday before the holiday weekend. I was assured Tom could make it. He arrived late in the day, finished the repair around 5pm and still had another job to do. In spite of his long day and warm weather, Tom was pleasant. For the diagnosis and repair, they put me on the schedule for the day but could not confirm a time. While this was inconvenient, I appreciated their responsiveness."

"Fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it. Chris walked me through testing and told me where problem most likely was without having to pull dishwasher out. Now we can confidently put money into new washer instead of spending lots on repair for an old one."

"Job well done by HomeSync Co. fixing my LG washing machine (drain pump). I would definitely use these guys again. Technician Keanu was great with his onsite service and flexibility with scheduling the service call."

"They arrived on time and got to work seeing what was wrong with my washer. They gave me an estimate to repair it and explained it thoroughly. Sadly in my case it was determined that my washer was nit worth doing the repair sonthe recommended not having it done. They were honest and forthright to deal with"

"The team arrived on time and were very professional. They determined the problem and recommended repair. The parts were ordered and gave me a return date. They arrived on time the second time and repaired washer. The service was very professional. The cost was in line with other repair companies, the part seemed a little costly but I do not know that business. Highly recommend this company. Very happy with service."

"A Action repaired my dryer and cleaned it out. The time window was a little long (2-6) but the Technician was great & services done efficiently!"
