"I would like to share with you how I was treated by your company. In the month of December 2016. I purchased a heating system from your company. I do live in Oxnard and I know that is quite a way for your company but I do appreciate that you did that for me. All went down as planned and the guys that came out were very nice and helpful. But then a couple of years later the heater went out so I called your office to see if the heater was under warranty and to have someone come out and fix the problem. I spoke to Susan several times. The end result was that I lived too far and that your company was very busy and that I should find another heating company in my area. She was very rude to me and had very poor customer service. I did call another heating company and the problem was fixed after another $400.00. It was a transformer that went down. Susan said to me "you liked the price, right". I said yes. She said then I would suggest you look on yelp to find another company in your area. So unprofessional. I was in shock and didn't know how to respond."

As with any project communication between homeowner and business is vital and Tony was superb throughout the entire project. Tony has a keen eye when it came to vision and style, he provided excellent input and made great suggestions. We are very pleased with the work done by Ace Construction, Tony transformed our outdated kitchen, bathrooms and fireplace to the most current style.
